Behind the Magic – A Tale of Two Siblings

Hola! We’re the sibling duo behind Casa4Holidays, and while Tenerife is my chosen home, for my brother, it was meant to be just a place to escape the winter chill. But let’s be honest – the island has a way of pulling you in. What started as a seasonal getaway is slowly becoming more of a home for him too, even if he hasn’t quite admitted it yet.

The idea for Casa4Holidays was born from my brother’s search for the perfect place to stay. Time and time again, he was disappointed by properties that lacked warmth, charm, or the feeling of home. Eventually, we thought, Why not do it better ourselves? That spark of frustration turned into a passion for creating spaces where guests feel welcomed, inspired, and completely at ease.

We work closely on everything, from the big decisions to the tiny details. I’m the one who loves imagining what the space will look and feel like – dreaming up interiors that are cozy yet elegant and making sure every guest is greeted with open arms. My brother, on the other hand, is the one who knows how to turn those ideas into reality. He’s the go-to for all things practical, keeping every renovation on track and figuring out how to bring my sometimes over-the-top plans to life. Oh, and he also keeps an eye on the finances – someone has to, considering my love for “just one more decorative touch.

For us, every property tells a story. Growing up, some of our fondest memories were family movie nights – cozy evenings filled with laughter, adventure, and a sense of wonder. That feeling is what we aim to recreate in our homes: spaces where comfort meets a little spark of magic. Each property is named with those tales in mind – a little nod to the adventures and characters that taught us to dream big and believe in happy endings.

But it’s not just about us. Here in Tenerife, we’ve built our own little family of locals and close friends who work alongside us. They’re the heart of what we do, helping us create spaces that feel warm, inviting, and full of thoughtful touches. Together, we bring a sense of community and care into every home, so that when you stay with us, it feels like more than just a holiday – it feels like coming home.
